Since developing a rich model of Islamic management for the countries in the region, the Islamic world, and the whole world is significantly important, the existence of a comprehensive model of Islamic management to respond to the managerial and governmental needs of the countries in the shadow of Islam’s rich and redemptive school is an indispensable necessity. The present study aimed to design a model for the globalization of Islamic management. The study implemented a qualitative methodology in the form of the Grounded Theory and was applied according to its goals, and the data were collected using a survey research methodology with an exploratory nature. The population consisted of all Iranian experts in the field of Islamic management. Then, 45 experts were selected using the snowball sampling method according to the principle of theoretical saturation, and in-depth interviews were used to collect data. The instruments implemented in the study were open and in-depth interviews with the experts and upstream documents. The data were analyzed according to the method proposed by Glaser and Strauss. Thus, constant comparison in three stages - open, axial, and selective coding – was carried out. According to the findings, 26 effective factors of the globalization of Islamic management in five dimensions, including the administrative dimension, cultural promotion, economic promotion, Islamic behavior, and the scientific dimension, were proposed, and the research model was approved by the experts.

There are various systems for ranking universities at the national and international levels which measure universities by different indicators and show their strengths and weaknesses compared to other universities. But the ranking system of the country's universities, which is based on national and international conditions, is more important than ever. Therefore, the main purpose of this research is to design a model for a comparative study and ranking of universities in the country. This research is applied in terms of purpose and is quantitative-qualitative in terms of type. The study population consists of experienced people involved in the development planning of universities in the country. To determine the sample size, the theoretical impregnation method was used. In this research, first, the necessary information for theoretical discussions was collected through deep study and review of related documents including the published scientific resources, Then, using the content analysis method, criteria and indicators of university assessment were collected, and finally, the task of determining criteria weights and indicators was done by analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method based on expert opinions. Finally, the model was presented to evaluate and rank the universities of Iran. According to the results of this research, seven criteria and 33 concepts were obtained, which, in the end, according to the weights criteria the ranks were rated. The following rankings are related to the quality of research, international credit, social and cultural credibility, the degree of innovation and financial efficiency, the rate of training of experts, and facilities.

The present qualitative study continued with a phenomenological approach in the spring of 1999 on 19 professors of continuing medical education and curriculum planning specialists in a targeted manner until the data were saturated and with respect to the confidentiality of information and places of study whenever they wished. Data collection was done through semi-structured interviews, data were analyzed based on phenomenological method. In general, 5 main themes and 12 sub-themes were extracted, the main themes being the main challenges of continuing medical education, not using the appropriate teaching model. Lack of individual and group action research, life challenge, and utilization of it. Lack of effective management of training for physicians, lack of active teaching methods, lack of motivation for physicians to learn, lack of transfer of lived experiences of general practitioners, the need for educational research, structural problems of the system of continuing medical education, creating the necessary platform for e-learning , Benefit Ray of Telemedicine KnowledgeIn the quality department of continuing medical education for general practitioners, proper and serious supervision should be examined and a comprehensive system should be designed to evaluate learning so that the actual learning can be measured. Therefore, physicians should be provided with a suitable platform for transferring lived experiences. Take an effective step towards each other and the promotion of specialized knowledge.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the promotion determinants of organizational virtuousness in Tabriz state hospitals. The statistical population of this research consists of the staff of Tabriz state hospitals and the size of statistical sample is 362 individuals based on Cochran formula. The stratified random sampling method was used to collect the samples and the data collection tool was a questionnaire which was provided to statistical sample. The multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the statistical data. The results from the mean equation test showed that the average obtained for organizational virtuousness is higher than the average level and it is in a desired level. According the results from the estimation of linear regression model, about 65% change is explained in the organizational virtuousness with independent variables in the model. Moreover, the variables of organizational structure, human resources, private environment and public environment affect organizational virtue with explanatory coefficient of 0.278, 0.136, 0.487 and 0.154, respectively.Unlike the ideas of many experts in environmental issues and their negative impact on the virtue-based ethics of the public sector, the researchers of this study believe that the most important reason behind the loss of morality and negligence of virtuosity in organizations should be sought within the organizations and their daily activities.
